Cass Armstrong is a project manager with the Beverly Hills office. She joined Library Associates Companies in 2005. She's managed reclassification projects to Dewey and the Library of Congress classification systems for the company, assisted in technical services consulting, project design, procedural documentation and systems consulting.

Cass has a BA in Anthropological Linguistics from UCSD and a Masters in Library and Information Science from UC Berkeley. She cataloged, managed technical services and library systems in university libraries for 25 years before joining Library Associates Companies. She taught Management of Library Automation at the Graduate School for Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a member of ASIS&T and has chaired Special Interest Groups in Library Automation and Networks, (SIG-LAN), and Automated Language Processing (ALP) as well as serving as Chair of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the organization. She has presented papers at the International Conference for Knowledge Management, the North-South Online Conference, and the Interactive Online Library Systems Conference.
