Ellen received her MLS from the University of Southern California and went on to specialize in drug information services and clinical medicine. Currently Director of Research Services, Ellen has been successful in introducing and expanding onsite and virtual library services including developing and marketing training materials in information management and online databases. Ellen has created guidelines for library assessment and analyzes benchmarking data for the information market.
