Rob Corrao
| Chief Operating Officer (COO) 323-302-9433 rob@libraryassociates.com  Rob Corrao is LAC's Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for hands-on leadership and oversight of business development and operations across LAC's service lines. Rob will work in tandem with President and CEO Deborah Schwarz, and closely with Kristen Kneussl, LAC's Vice President of Finance and Accounting, to refine sales and marketing methodologies, generate new product strategy, and provide leadership in sales and coaching. With almost 20 years of information technology, sales and marketing experience, Rob is well versed in the information technology needs of a full spectrum of both traditional and special libraries. Prior to working for LAC Rob served as President of SoftLink America, Inc., where he managed the company's efforts in North and South America. While President Softlink America experienced an average of nearly 70% growth per annum. He has also worked for Productivity Point International, a Chicago based computer training company, where he managed almost 10 years of growth from 20 people and $1 million to nearly 200 employees and $200 million in revenue, and with start-up ASP in Chicago, transitioning to a Director position with one of the largest Tier-1 data centers in the United States, Equinix (an IBM company). Rob is an active member of his community. He serves on several advisory councils, does speaking engagements for graduations and events, and continues to provide support for his university and the Council on International Business Development. Rob graduated from the University of Notre Dame with double degrees in Marketing and Psychology, concentrations in Finance and Italian. |
