Library Strategies is a consulting group of The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library. Our consultants, national library leaders, and other experts, share their expertise in strategic and facilities planning, Friend and Foundations, capital campaigns and other fundraising activities, library security and other services that support libraries.

In December 2008, Library Strategies and LAC formed a partnership to better address clients' staffing needs.
